Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. We will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if a purchase from the vendor has been initiated or if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. In case of custom packed products that are packed specially for a customer, cancellation will not be entertained.
