Garlic vadagam / பூண்டு வடகம்

Garlic flavored and naturally colored Rice vadam with unique taste. Crispy vadagam makes your hunger more to have a stomach full meal without any hesitation. Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is nicely hot, add a handful of tomato vadagam and deep fry them in oil on both sides, till they are nicely crisp and crunchy. Store it in an airtight container and serve them with any rice varieties
