Sukku Malli coffee / சுக்கு மல்லி காபி

Sukku is the Tamil word for 'ginger'. While the recipe is dominated by ginger, Sukku Malli Kaapi also contains coriander seeds, peppercorns, cumin and naturally sweetened with palm jaggery. A time-tested traditional beverage, it helps digestion and soothes a sore throat. Sukku Malli Kaapi can be made with or without milk.
